We tried several different holiday parks around Stanthorpe, but this was the only one where we genuinely felt at home. Ben and Narelle are wonderful hosts, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is really lovely that they make a fire every evening for the whole camp community and take the time to chat with everyone. The park is clean, well maintained and everything works as it should. We also loved the goats and sheep, especially Crystal! Definitely our favourite place to stay around Stanthorpe.+1

The hosts were lovely and welcoming and keep the grounds and amenities in good condition. The dogs loved the dog leash free area which is large, well constructed and shady. The shower block is spacious, clean and well maintained. The showers are coin operated but only a $1 which is reasonable given the showers rely on rain water. Our powered van site was spacious with well located power and water. There are also some shady non-powered sites down by the river. The park is close to many wineries, the Jamworks and the Ballandean pub. Lots of birds for the twitchers.

We enjoyed our stay (campervan) very much despite the drought, which meant no water in the river and some what parched camping area. Lots of amazing bird life. Good, clean. facilities with $1 for 6min showers. There is a community camp fire every evening, or light your own.+4

The room was clean, the park was tidy and well looked after, and it was a great base for exploring Stanthorpe and the surrounding area. The kids absolutely loved the goats and sheep and being able to go over and give them a pat — definitely one of the highlights for them! It’s also really well located and nice and easy to get to everything around Stanthorpe while still feeling quiet and relaxed. Just a really nice, easy place to stay as a family. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re down this way.

We stayed in a great cabin with our fur baby Archie. Dog off leash area as well. The cabin was spacious, exceptionally clean and being only a short drive from town. Quiet and peaceful . We have rebooked for another stay.just want to say as well.as I lfet my jacket there the owners went out of their way to bring my jacket back to me. Totally outstanding I live a long way from the tourist park even though they were passing through still it was out of there way. Nice owners 👍

The location is close to most things on the Granite Belt. The park itself is in a beautiful bushland setting with river views and is quiet and peaceful. The park is always well maintained and I cannot speak highly enough of the hosts Ben and Narelle. Always visible, available and friendly. We will always stay here when visiting the Granite Belt

The cabins were very spacious, clean and fitted with very comfortable bedding. All cooking and eating requirements supplied and a large refrigerator with spacious freezer. Reasonable spacious bathroom area. Outside, the large property has a great area for BBQ, playing areas, dog exercise facilities that is fenced off, a large camping area with open kitchen/eating area. We were entertained Nightly by the owners who supply an open bonfire late afternoons into the evening. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely holiday park which is under 10 minutes from Stanthorpe town. We will definitely be returning here.

Don’t miss this spot! Great park to base yourself and explore the many activities to do in the region. We loved the hikes at Girraween National Park. Everything was lovely and clean especially the amenities block. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Ben - the owner starts the communal fire pit most evenings. BribieGirl22 August 2026Great dog friendly park!!! My husband, dog and I have just returned home from a week at this wonderful park. Check in was great and they even gave me a printed copy of their "Dog Passport" for the Stanthorpe area which was super helpful for our outings! The park is situated on the Severn River, however, due to the current dry weather the river was very low - we hope to return once the drought conditions are over! There are 2 amenity blocks which was very convenient! Both were very clean. You are permitted to have your own firepit however there is a communal fire pit should you prefer that. A big plus for us was the off-leash area for our dog - he enjoyed going there a couple of times a day and they even provide water and doggy-doo bags! Highly recommend this park, especially if you have a pooch you travel with! Thank you to the owners - you should be very proud of your hard work!Posted on Tripadvisor

lsmatters18 August 2026A great base to explore Stanthorpe region A wonderful place to stay - amenities clean and well maintained; lovely rural setting; roomy sites and a great communal fire pit, and great value for money. But the standout would have to be hosts Ben and Narelle. They made us feel very welcome, and made our stay extremely memorable. The park is also close to the many sites and attractions that the Stanthorpe area has to offer, from hiking in the Giraween National Park, bike riding along Quart Pot Creek, the many wineries and great restaurants, and much more. The kitchen was stocked with the basics to cook. The grounds offered a nice walk down to the river, enclosed off leash dog area and fire pit! The ammenities were some of the cleanest I have ever come across. You can’t beat value for money. We certainly had no issues with any noise. Highly recommend staying at Country Style Holiday Park. Stayed in our caravan here for 5 nights. What a wonderful place! Didn’t want to leave. Short drive into Stanthorpe and to Girraween walks. Loads of wineries around the area and a great spot to base yourself. Sites are huge. Amenities are quite literally spotless. Best we’ve seen in many stays at caravan parks. The absolute icing on the cake are the awesome hosts! Ben and Narelle, you made our stay incredible. Ben’s fire pits are legendary! Can’t say enough great things about Country Style. The wintertime is not the peak for caravaning, and the holiday park was not crowded, but the facilities were excellent and the staff extremely helpful. Clair N7 July 2026Clean and comfortable I waa booked to go qith my family, but situations changed and I went solo. Ben and Narelle were very welcoming and hospitable. The cabin was much bigger athan I anticipated, very clean, with everything needed ro make it comfortable. Middle of winter, ans rhere were heatwr blankets on the beds and heating through the aieconditioner to make the room more comfortable. The camp grounds were tidy and quiet. They pride themselves with the cleanliness of the amenities, grounds and helpful and friendly staff. The community fire is where the guest talk about their day and recommendations of where to visit, while experiencing all the area has to offer. A great location, only 15 mins south of Stanthorpe, close to wineries and many more attractions.
